A version of the Italian classic Finocchiona. This fennel salami is seasoned with toasted fennel seeds, black pepper and garlic. The mix is then filled into beef sausage casings before being fermented and air dried for 6-8 weeks. Ideal on any board or in any pasta dish.
Sliced and ready to put on a cheeseboard, sandwich, pizza or the perfect snack.
